In late-December 2014, we shot our first commercial for the wine tours and educational experiences we offer through The Etna Wine School™. It was a lot of fun. Our staff spent the day with a great director and his team, going to the places we frequent for our wine classes on Mount Etna – including Monaci Delle Terre Nere, Biondi, and Benanti Winery.
One of the really awesome things that we came away with (other than a pretty fun commercial) was the new hashtag for our luxury travel vehicle: #EWSfancyvan.
We announced the new hashtag on Twitter with the tweetPIC embedded below.
Our goal with the #EWSfancyvan hashtag is really quite simple. We want to introduce you to Paolo, our driver. We also want you to know that when you ride in our ‘school bus’ aka the EtnaWineSchoolfancyvan we want it to be a memorable occasion.
If you feel like tweeting pictures, or funny quotes from Paolo, or a part of one of his amazing stories, we want you to have a platform to do so. The hashtag – #EWSfancyvan – works on any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your half-day, full-day, or two-day wine school. And we are serious about teaching. By the time you leave Mount Etna, we are confident that you will remember Sicily and you will have fallen in-love with Etna’s wines, but we also want you to know that we offer more than a fun educational experience.
